She never said. Someone said on here that Julio Englasias was going to be guest but he was pulled out so maybe they are currently without any theme.

Surely it must be Westlife for two weeks then? as they have a new single and album coming out.

I totally agree. The acts should be allowed to sing the kind of songs they are comfortable with. That way I think we will have a better idea of who we like. Most recording stars stick to their own genre anyway.

And they don't get called "one trick ponies" for doing it. Louis, take note!

I hate the theme weeks as well.

It's all pointless - all recording artists stick to their own genre - I mean you wouldn't have Slipknot singing Abba or swing would you?

I would much rather they sang something up to date and what they were good at. It would be far more entertaining than watch them struggling with something they're never going to record or perform. Let them choose their own material or let someone advise what would suit them - but out of more recent styles.

It's all so old-fashioned - they even dress old fashioned.

For god's sake bring them into the 21st Century.

Ashley is best off out of there in my opinion. He will surely be taken on by Simon Cowell anyway.

It was very telling when they played a Paulo Nuitini song over his best bits. This is clearly more his style but he's been given Abba. I love Abba but please leave it to Abba.
