As broadcast on 18 November, does anyone have the full list (I only caught the end)? Thanks

I always like Dr. Goodhead from Moonraker - although for "end of film puns", it has to be either "Keeping the British end up" from Spy who loved me, or "I thought Christmas only came once" to Dr. Christmas.

I think they were wrong about Lani Hall's "Never Say Never Again": it's a great song, brilliantly sung. It's not the song/singer's fault that it doesn't (allegedly) suit the opening titles.
Also wrong about "Live and Let Die": crap song and crap film.

If I'd had to pick the top three, it would have been the same three they had. Three little belters. It was good to also hear some of the songs recorded but never used in the films.

I only caught it from about 16 or whatever "Licence to Kill" made.

Surprised that A-ha weren't higher - a similar poll not too long ago had them in the Top 5 and "Nobody Does it Better" at No1.

Who'd win in a fight between the 2 polls?

Really? I thought that was the only bond theme to go to no. 1.

I didn't catch the first part of the programme...but I was surprised that I didn't see the theme from 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' featured.

'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' is easily my favourite Bond score and I would have thought it would have at least made top 5 if not top 3.
It's a bloody great piece of music.

Does anybody know if it was featured at all in the programme?

It was, though it focussed more on them bagging Louis Armstrong for "We have all the time in the world".

This was a good programme - better than I was expecting. I thought it would be the usual rent-a-celebs saying how brilliant they thought certain songs were, and how they used to listen to them in the local rollerdisco whilst wearing pop sox blah blah blah.

But it was actually very insightful and interesting. Shame there wasn't a new interview with Dame Shirley, but it didn't matter too much.

And I loved Geoffrey Palmer's voiceover.
