The Bangles - Music

Hi there - I'm new around here and just registered and thought i'd do my first post.

Anyway, just wanted to share my love of The Bangles - remember them??? they were just so cool. So glad they made a comeback (despite it going virtually unnoticed by the planet!). They have just recorded a brand new song for xmas called Light My Way which is only available at the moment on US Itunes, but hopefully soon it'll be hitting our shores.

Well thats my first post - hopefully not my last.

I've got their album 'Different Light'. My favourite song of theirs is 'Manic Monday' - written for them by Prince.

Different Light is a great album.

If she knew what she wants is a great 80s single little heard these days. Manic Monday we all know is a great pop song, written by Prince under the pseudonym Christopher.

Walk like an Egyptian I can happily live without but love Return Post and September Gurls on the album.

Although they're biggest hit was Eternal Flame, Different Light has to be their finest album.
