Tom is beginning to sweat about selling the housing development. The shrewd millionaire fears time is running out and desperately ups his compensation offer to £200,000 – giving the Hopes just 24 hours to make their decision.

Determined to woo Kelly, Jimmy sends the sexy gold-digger a dozen red roses and even hires a butler to server her lunch! But when angry Bob stumbles upon them, the date does anything but hot up!

Scheming Rosemary fears she has lost Tom's trust forever, but the shrewd patriarch is determined to make their romance work and promises her he'll prove his love. Matthew breaks into a cold sweat when he sees the romantic old-timers visiting a solicitor.
