I ask this question on behalf of my sister in law. She loses a number of channels on Sky in the morning. Sky Sports, BBC1 and Sky 2 to mention just a few. They return by evening. She doesnt know how long this has been going on as this is her first days off in a long long time. Is there anything she can do to resolve it or does she have to call out sky. She lives in Beeston Nottingham if thats any help.

could be atmospheric, but if the problem persists. there are some checks that can be done on your system. most of the basic and intermediate ones are on the sky website.

if the problem persists just call sky and the tech guys will talk you through a long list of pointing and clicking and unplugging of your system. if that wont resolve the issue. would need to get an engineer out.
