New sky dish?
Been looking at the latest new sky dishes on ebay and unlike my old trusty triax 43cm sky dish installed when sky digital first launched the newer ones dont seem to have a u tube is this correct as i am thinking of putting up a new dish due to trees in a different position and it will need to be fitted to a short pole & t&k bracket that i already have due to its location.
I know i could re use my old trusty dish if the rusty nuts will undo but it would be far easier to erect a new one and line it up first then transfer the cables. |

There have been several Sky minidish variants. They can all be fitted to a pole. Usually a 1.5" diameter one (about 40mm).
This Triax dish, for example, has holes in the bracket so you can put a U-bolt trough and fix it to a pole: http://sam-radford.me.uk/images/tria...1_minidish.jpg Last edited by Sam Radford. : 29-12-2006 at 19:11. |

Looking on ebay most seem to be triax so thanks for the info.
Ops_Monkey thanks for the offer but you should not post offers to sell on here. |
