Band of Brothers

Just finished watching the repeat of Band of brothers on FX (179 sky).
by far best ww2 drama that isnt a film
wish someone would do one about the British side too

I also rewatched this just before Christmas - in HD

Still very powerful stuff.

I wish they would hurry up and do the 2nd series about the Pacific campaign that was discussed when the 1st ended.
Last I read it was now scheduled for 2009!!!

I bought the DVD of this ages ago and haven't even opened it! Another new years resolution for me - watch Band Of Brothers.

I cried like a baby the first time I watched this. Now just hearing the theme song is enough to put a lump in my throat.
