Yep, mine are the same.

Mild winters are confusing the flowers.

We still have Nasturtiums (sp) flowering and they hate cold weather.

It's sooooo wrong!

My daffs are about three inches tall already. Will have to prune the Boston Ivy before that starts growing again.

My mum and I were only talking about this the other evening. My garden still has Fuchsia's, Geraniums, Roses in flower and the spider plants are producing new babies. Nothing has had a rest this year and now the Daffodils etc are coming through. Crazy weather.

One thing I have noticed though, is not so many slugs in my garden (thank goodness). I think they must have been stuffing their faces all year and now too fat to move. Last year so many came, I was beginning to think I was in the Slug's Good Food Guide.

We have some tulips coming through in our garden - looks like they'll be in full bloom before January's out. And there's a lot of cherry blossom around here atm.

My bluebells have decided to put in an early appearance and next door's roses are still looking quite good.

Hopefully that means that full winter has been bypassed and we're into Spring already

Even in this all-singing all-dancing global warming era, I didn't see daffies in Aberdeen last year till March (still a little earlier than usual, though).

Exactly. It's usually into April here before they come up.

It's getting quite springy already - quite mild. Hopefully, this means we'll be getting a good summer!
