What's all the fuss about?!!

Just watched the show and if anything, it was Shopra who was a big drama queen. Jackie is only playing the game! What is Shopra's problem? Jade is having such a hard time in there and to see her crying like that in the diary room was awful. She doesn't like the task at all!

If anything, Jade's family are NORMAL and the rest of them are flippin' drama queens! All me, me me!!!!

If you think they're representative of normality I can only have pity for the other members of your family.

Most of them are wanna be prima donna's. Jade's family are normal. All that fake hugging and air kissing isn't normal.

I agree with you Seacat - I'm sick of the snobs in that house and on the forums having a go at them for no reason. Jackiey was having a laugh about the napkin (playing the game ) and Shilpa decided to take offense and have a word with her. They are all taking themselves far too seriously -

I think they should all just roll around in sh*t 24/7.

Let's make things as basic as possible.

She's started a rather amusing forum trend, I'll say that much for her.

What normal family...makes a career out of been idiots, go on shows where they get a complete plastic surgery makeover, appear in Heat Magazine at every opportunity for a bit of petty cash...yeah every normal family does that.

Actually, what was Jade's mum doing wrong? She was joking about the towels being dirty, she was pulling Leo's leg to lighten the atmosphere.

Here we have Shilpa, who has servants in real life, pulling her aside to tell her not to joke. This is not about being upset at the upstairs/downstairs situation, it's about Shilpa and some of the others refusing to accept Jackie because they think she's a social misfit and therefore less of a person.

I can fully understand why Jackie's feeling frustrated and angry at their attempts to label and control her.

Jackie is ignorant to the point of parody.

In that sense she is a social misfit, and I can fully understand everyone else's frustration and anger (including Jade) at someone who is just plain rude.

Yes, I think Jackie was having a joke. I don't think she was being malicious in any way, at worse feeling a bit superior because here she is, with until recently nothing, getting to lord it over Leo Sayer.

But, the way she dealt with Shilpa's response - a calm, off camera if possible, exchange of views, was awful. She instantly went on the attack, changed the subject and wouldn't listen to a word Shilpa said.

Normal people acknowledge the way others are feeling and their point of view even if they fundamentally disagree with it. It's being respectful.
