Dinner Party

So you are having a dinner party for 10, and you can invite any living people. Even number of men and women. Who would you invite?

An almost impossible task. I think all these people are interesting and would have something interesting to say.

[EDIT to say they are all dead aren't they - so my dinner party would be a load of coffins stacked up by the dining table! Save for Howard Marks - he'd have to go it alone!]

Women:

Dorothy Parker
Jane Austen
Marie Antoinette
Mary of Scots
Tallulah Bankhead
Florence Nightingale

Men:

JFK
Noel Coward
Howard Marks
Geoffrey Chaucer
Andy Warhol
John Lennon
