If you mean Lord Levy, he was arrested in December according to CNN (http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/europe...est/index.html).

Ruth Turner (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/6279729.stm) isn't Blair's top aide - I suspect she's being made into an "escape goat" a la Jo "It's a good day to bury bad news" Moore for transgressions higher up the tree.
