Yes, I am very proud and happy

I am very proud of myself for standing against the bullying and racism displayed by Jade, Jo, and Danielle. Everyone who stood up for what's right should be proud. It is because of us Britain did not look a complete fool.

No one should feel sorry that the bullies and racists are now suffering for their wrong doing. THEY CHOSE to be bullies and racists. No one held a gun to their heads and made them behave the way they did. Now they have the temerity to cry and act the victim? These people will not stop trying to bring Britain into disrepute. Have these women no shame. Do they understand that THEY did wrong and we the public had a DUTY to stand up against this nasty behaviour. Now they want to cry and feel sorry for themselves? They want us to believe that they are the victims?

If these women were Black or Asian, would we be so ready to buy their fake tears and damselle in distress acts. These women must accept responsibility for their actions and resolve never to behave that way again.

...They are busy trying to get sympathy and rebuild their baseless careers instead of working towards ridding themselves of their racist and bully behaviours.

Jo said from day 1 she didn't want to try and rebuild her career.. she did it only because she was in debt..

Bring Britain into dispute?

Surely we are already a laughing stock for turning this whole affair into a farcical national crisis and surely people who have suffered REAL racism and are fighting it will thank CBB hugely - not! The show may have highlighted the problem of racism and bullying but with the facts being so easily open to 'perception' and doubt I'm sure there will be more questioning and doubt to genuine claims.

I'm glad you're proud of yourself but don't expect everyone to agree. It would take more than a few silly girls to make Britain look foolish thank goodness.

They weren't being racist though were they?

Agreed. The only thing that would bring Britain into disrepute is if the whole world thinks we do nothing but watch rubbish like Big Brother all day long.

Pas dispute! C'est disrepute!

Isn't racism always open to perception and doubt among whites? Remember Ron Robinson's blantant racist outburst? That was open to perception and doubt too.

At the very least, this CBB demonstrated that viewers will not endorse any perceived racism or bullying.

For myself, the bottom line is that all that crap should have never been shown on tv in the first place. Remove the culprits, replace them with others. End of.

I am Canadian and there are certain standards to abide in national television. Perhaps we are getting a watered down version of the 'world' and don't have tabloids to sell, but I kinda like it like that.

They were not being racist? So what were they being then? Have you ever suffered racism? You need to put yourself in the shoes of Asian people and you will understand why the remarks were racist.

For our white folks nothing is ever racist. Racism must be violent and the racist must declare over and over again that s/he is a racist.

Anytime a racist says "I am not a racist". Immediately, regardless of the evidence and the behaviour, it is accepted by whites that it is not racist.

Ask those who these comments were directed at (i.e., Indians) whether they felt the comments were racists.

It is a shame that our white folks want to be the accused, the judge and the jury. So they will do something racist then turn around and declare to the victims that as far as they are concerned it is not racist. The victims have no say in it. Indeed, they have no idea what they are talking about.

Yeah 48,000 people complained (that is far less than those who felt the effect). I guess they have no understanding of racism when most of them live and breathe its effects every single day of their lives. Yet people who have never experienced it, yeah they are the perpertrators, say it ain't so.

In your opinion maybe not, but in someone elses shoes possibly yes. Just as beauty is subjective, racism is emotive and subjective too, what one person finds racist is viewed from another persons as being too sensitive and vice versa.

Shilpa has herself been very forgiving because that is her culture and religion i believe and has said that "i BELIEVE Jade et al did not MEAN to be racist" !!! (not verbatim btw)

She believes they didnt mean to be but they were? To Jade and her apologists and the rest that comment can be taken to mean at least two things!
