BLANK PIC ON "VIRGIN CENTRAL"...

Iam at virgin central now and it is a blank screen..nothing it says..."sorry,there arnt any programmes in this type right now"...what is happening.

Also on the catch up tv..from wed All BBC prog are not on there now.....i dont know about anyone else but i would love to know what is going on.??/

Try going back and waiting a few seconds before pressing the red button, should switch to a smaller preview pi-in-pic screen.

If no good, reboot the box a la the power of at the mains, 'dont know where slot A is' instructions.

just tried Virgin Central to see what it was like and pressed red button and surprised to find a message saying no programes currently in this catogary tried the 2nd stb and the same even after mains reset.

same here, out of curiosity I tried going to the vod content via the home button, looks like Nip/Tuc etc. is on there, also seems Babylon 5 series 1 has been added, and I think some other things as well.

When i press the red button i get a message saying loading but it never does....i also have the same problem with sky movies 9...anybody else???

No problem here - I had a problem until I updated the box. Try forcing a software update on your box - Instructions are located elsewere in this forum, or google.

Had this as well...so we resetted and found that every single recording on tv drive now says "recovered content"

so we have 50 hours of programs which we dont know what they are.
