It's a heap of new presenters , Jo Thounes (formally on Fox), is taking over Drive from next Monday, and then other presenters are coming in, so I've heard!

With Steve Penk coming to Fox breakfast on Monday, I guess Touch Banbury need to give listeners a reason to stay tuned to them.

I think they're taking on new presenters because at present, they only have 5/6... and the shifts are long (2pm till 7pm drive!!), so, more presenters = cut down on working hours, even though CN Radio will be paying the new guys/gals...

but, that's my theory, I cant say if that's why...

Touch Banbury, lost 2 presenters just after Christmas, so there cover jocks took over until they found suitable presenters. The presenters have now been found and they start on Monday, 12 March.
Things like presenters leaving shows does happen in radio!!

Dave Collins (real name Dale) continues on Breakfast "live" from Banbury, not from London as previously advertised!!

Reminds me of a sweeper GWR used to use on their stations in the 90's voiced by Greg Marsden "Not from London"

Was I the only one hoping for a Touch FM rebrand? Meh.. Silly really, since Banbury is actually keeping the other 2 mistakes afloat

You cant really say Heart 106.2 is a small scale radio station... Paul Hayes 6pm till 1am.... anyway, back to the topic,

If there is more than 1 presenter joining, then it'll give the listeners more variety....
