My opinion?

Ray 'panto boy' Quinn gets enough album sales to get some record or other.

Ray is a one-dimensional smarming ventriloquist's doll who went along with Svengali-Cowell's plan to launch a munchkin into orbit.

if you bought it - in the words of Al Murray - "Shame on you!"

why not buy Dean Martin or Frank Sinatra? they did it first and ten times better.

send the little sod back to panto-land and we'd be spared him until next Christmas.

I dont think you should call people stupid if they want to buy anyones cd.

It was a bit rude, but I'm sure that if he heard, Ray would cry all the way to the bank.

I have disliked Ray from the off - didn't like him in boot camp and I didn't know about him being a showbiz 'personality' until later on. I just felt that he was a clever and cynical youngster who would do whatever he needed to get his own way. I didn't like his style, didn't like his acting and didn't like his choice of songs.
I was utterly unconvinced by his performances, which were generally OK yet sometimes bordering on good, when singing age-appropriate material.

just didn't like him and still don't.
