Danielle new face of Ladbroke's Poker

Danielle’s poker face

Anyone who’d written off Danielle Lloyd career following the Big Brother fiasco would be sorely mistaken.

The tabloid favourite is bouncing back after leaving the house under a shadow – with a deal to be the face of Ladbroke’s poker. The irony being her ex, wierdy faced Teddy Sheringham, is the face of rival Victor Chandler’s poker ventures.

Rest of news item here.

Danielle is devious and hard faced
with no refinement or inner beauty

I don't agree. I think she was just young and easily led. Young girls are like that - they just follow the leader of the gang (Jade). She's probably quite a nice girl but a bit soft in the head. There's 5 million girls in this country just like Dani (that's not an insult - they're all decent girls). Time to end the witchhunt.

I'm glad she's doing OK. I hope Jo picks herself up as well. And I hope we never see Jade again.

You have to hand it to her, she's been flushed with success since leaving the CBB House.

I'd don't think she's as young and lacking in free will as a lot of people think, but then I'm younger than her so maybe I don't realise how young 23 is. There are hopefully more girls who don't behave like her but there's no problem in her advertising poker, she doesn't have to do penance forever.

Really? Strange. The most offensive comments were made by Ms. Lloyd & Ms. O'Meara in Ms. Goody's absence.

How did that work then? Does Jade Goody have superpsychic powers! And they say she's talentless!

There's an undercurrent of something here.

You can't have only just realised. Just go back on this site prior to anything kicking off in the house & you will see that.

There certainly is, seeing as some are applauding a nasty piece written about Jade's nemesis

Funny! most of the offensive comments were racially motivated and aimed at a race other than white, BUT they were NOT Racial???

A lot of Danielle's nastiness in the house was not led by anyone, she did it all by herself, she's 23 which is not that young, Jade is only 2 years older than Danielle....and what about Jo she's 28 does the 'young, naive, easily led' excuse apply to her? If its time to end the witchhunt why are you still singling Jade out

Because of "My claim to fame is meeting you, you f***ing loser".

There was only one aggressive bully in the house, only one person with an uncontrollable anger aimed at Shilpa, only one person who deeply shocked me that a person could have so much hate inside.

And that was Jade.

I genuinely think the other two were a bit naive and ignorant, and very very foolish, but generally pretty decent young girls.

I understand your point although Jackiey too was very 'in your face' with Shilpa but IMO Danielle was the worst of the lot, she was more subtle and came out with the nastiest insults and she gave Shilpa the dirty towel nobody led her to do any of these things, this whole idea that she is naive and easily led story was started by Danielle herself! She said this to Shilpa after Jo and Cleo got evicted and for some reason Shilpa bought her story. Danielle essentially blamed all her actions on Jade continuing her very two faced character after earlier telling Shilpa she and Jade were best mates. From all the press reports Jade is quite rightly pissed off with Danielle and has had some confrontations with her. Jade was bad, yes but Danielle's 'I'm young and easily led' act just doesn't wash with me. She was jealous of Shilpa when it was clear that Shilpa and not her was the most glamourous girl in the house and she used the fact that Jade had her own issues with Shilpa to hit out.

Why when some forum members don't like the actions of some ex BBers and debate so on a 'BB' forum, do some continue with the same old same old, of it being a witchhunt, and tell posters it is time for them to stop? It is up to a poster what they choose to believe and type about an ex bber, not another poster to tell them what not to.

I happen to agree with Steve16 in that Jade was by far the worst of the three of Jade, Danielle and Jo and with some of his reasons. And I for one will continue to debate that fact and my views for as long as I feel I want to and whilst stories relating to the three still appear in mags and rags.

Maybe I used the wrong phrase of 'witchhunt' but why is it ok to forgive Jo and Danielle and not Jade? Do you think Danielle was simply young and naive and easily led?

Who said anything about forgiving? Some mentioned that they thought the two of Danielle and Jo were no where near as bad as Jade and gave their reasons.

It doesn't matter what I think and I am not going to be drawn into giving reasons. I debate what I feel I want to on this forum, not always what I am asked to by a few other posters. And when possible I try very hard to stay on topic.

Isn't this exactly what is being done having a debate about Danielle
