Porridge with a banana and a sprinkling of nuts, seeds and dried fruits

A large glass of diet coke - I don't drink tea or coffee and I need a caffine fix to start the day.

A bowl of Dorset Organic fruit, nut and seed cereal and a cup of black coffee. Yum

I always have breakfast, I still believe it's the most important meal of the day...Get's the metabolism going...etc.

Today I had two Weetabix followed by a slice of toast with Strawberry Jam...I do like a little something spread over the toast.

I usually just have the rice crispies and hot chocolate. But i had them at about 05:30 this morning so got a bit peckish again a while ago.

I've got loads of Creme eggs to get through (at 64p per box of 8 at Tescos i just couldn't say no ).
