Breakfast before bed

Are you one of those people who just can't face food in the mornings............a coffee & ciggie type of chap ?

Well..........do what I do..........have your breakfast 'before' you go to bed !

Mmm........just had a lovely bowl of cornflakes.........should 'put me on' till lunch tomorrow...........

I can't think about breakfast at the moment, I've only just had my dinner. Lovely it was too, even if having it now is a very strange hour to eat your main meal of the day.

I have a really bad habit of eating masses of food before I go to bed. Not good for the diet!

At least it's possible to have dinner at this time of the day, unlike breakfast, which is, by definition, an impossibility. (The clue is in the question really. )

I find a bowl of rice krispies before bed makes me sleep despite odd working hours.

My grandma was sucked into that (Horlicks?) 'night starvation' campaign and used to make everyone eat a cup of porridge before bed. The trend kinda stuck.

I have a right craving at night time just now for honey nut loops. Nothing makes it go away except having a bowl!
Don't know what I'm going to do at weekend though since I have only enough left for another couple of bowls....

I can hardly get out of bed in the morning without opening my mouth to shove half a dish full of frosted flakes in it. So yes I am one that eats before bedtime, not always cereal but I've done it for the past three weeks and it's ok, I think.

I'm the other way. I have a ridiculously big breakfast, moderate lunch and small dinner.

I could never stomach cornflakes before going to bed - it'd make me bloated and feel nauseated.

Yep... I'm one of those. A 'Just Earl Grey' kinda gal.

Can't say that the idea of breakfast just before bed appeals either though.
