Pork Pie with Chips
Pork Pie with boiled potatoes

A proper butcher's pork pie heated in the oven so the jelly melts into the pastry. With that many calories it's a Christmas treat.

You missed Pork Pie with wild rocket leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, pickled capers, a drizzle of single-estate cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and a glass or five of fine Australian Shiraz.

I think that's called aspic. It's congealed gelatin. Lovely, and really quite good for you
