Alexa Chung on BBBM -- pretty girl but dreadfully boring...

Her episode was the worst Big Brother's Big Mouth in its history.

Russell Brand's puerile jokes regarding his genitalia irritated me, but when he wasn't going on about that stuff, he could be funny, charming and charismatic.

Chris Moyles was nowhere near as cool, but still entertaining, as was Galloway; he actually stimulated some intelligent debate on the Emily issue.

Alexa Chung was just... bland.

I disagree. I thought Alexa did a far better job than Chris Moyles and kept my interest.

Yeah, her presentation skills aren't even good enough for radio .....

I missed Moyles but thought she was rather wooden.

Galloway was good for the Emily issue but a poor presenter, often looked and sounded like he was reading an autocue.

Whether Moyles is 'entertaining' is a matter of taste.

I thought her presentation skills were great! At least she gave the microphone to people long enough for them to say their point, unlike previous hosts who just yank the microphone away as soon as they've said 'i don't like so and so...'

she looks stunning.

she definitely needs a different outfit though - she kept pulling the neckline of her dress up, talking about her stillettoes making it difficult for her to manouevre, and was spending more time making sure she didn't "do a britney" to the camera when she sat down, than on thinking about the questions and interacting with the audience.

I hate all the sensible sitting down and talking to people drivel. I want ball bags, swines, the womanising circuit and men dressed in whale suits being wrestled to the ground. BBBM was unique with Russell presenting. Now it's just bilge.

So you don't actually want to discuss Big Brother?

I found Russell entertaining at first but his constant ball bags references and stupid things like the guy in the whale outfit, horse outfit and "Little Paul Scholes" took away from what the show was meant to be about.

I liked her better than both Moyles and Galloway who didn't crack any jokes and stuck dead to the script. At least Alexa showed signs of slight wit, like when that woman said "Charley has a heart of gold...she loves make-up" and Alexa said "Oh yeah she's always giving...to her face". There was a couple of other things she said too that raised a smile...and she's much nicer to look at than Moyles and Galloway.

Yeah I agree. And when one guy said Chantelle instead of Chanelle and Alexa said "Chantelle? What series are you on?"

There's BBLB and On The Couch for discussing BB seriously. BBBM was a comedy show, with the audience getting a few words in here and there, hence the name of the show. Loved it. Hate it now, it's so dull.

I thought she did a pretty good job, her voice reminds me so much of some one else's though but I can't place it?

the dress however...people are complimenting her on how hot she looked, but I thought that dress made her look terrible, it was minging.

I cannot BELIEVE this thread.

Sure, Russell was funnier, and sure, Galloway provoked more intelligent debate, but she is ****ING GORGEOUS.

End of discussion. Hell, if she was running for Prime Minister I'd vote for her, even if she was running against Bartlett from the West Wing.

Give her the Nobel Prize already.

Not as good as George, better than Moyles, but overall BBBM is better now it's actually a BB fans forum and not a Russell Brand ego trip.

Amen.

I liked Russell, but my word he was tiresome to watch after the first few weeks.
