Hi

only the latest pvr3 and Sky hd boxes can get the Anytime service , do you know the make and model you have ?

You may have an old model or a new model that is still awaiting the software

bit pants that because I was an earlyish adopter, and paid full whack for the box itself, I'm not able to get Anytime ...bloody Sky, you'd think £200 and £40 a month for god knows how many years would make you a valued customer.

Sorry just noticed the anytime section, and the comments made in there. Please ignore me

Ring Sky and vent your anger at them , they may cut you a deal
