Hi all, this thread is for people who want to discuss anything. ie: about being let down, all the good friends we've made. basically anything at all.

I have been let down badly but i won't ever make that mistake again. you fall in love with someone even though you both have partners, the other person tells you there in love with you too and then decides they can't handle it and that's what's happened to me.

Bunny I could trot out all the platitudes such as "time is a healer," or "you were too good for him," but right now they wouldn't mean much. Chin up and here's another hug (((((Bunny))))).

Awww bunnya (((((hug))))) ... I'm sure most people have felt the way you're feeling now at some point in their lives

As Divi says, all the platitudes in the world won't help, but there is some truth in those old cliches - otherwise they wouldn't be cliches.

I think the only advice I could offer is to be kind to yourself, learn from your mistake(s) and to move on as and when you feel able to.

well the british weather for summer is rubbish all it ever does is rain rain and rain, it's cold too and windy.

Hi bunny, I was a bit mean to you in the other thread in GD... I didn't quite believe you - Apologies!

We've all been there but try not to let it grind you down hey? Some people just don't know how to treat others...
