Sony KDL20S2030

I am having issues with my Samsung LE23R87BDX with the picture doing weird jumps every 5 mintues or so. (nothing to do with signal as ever other tele in house+ the old tele with samsung replaced worked perfect)

I am about to probably send it back and either get another or maybe get this one that I have seen at 20" Sony KDL20S2030

Does anyone know if this tele is better than the Samsung and does it show the freeview widescreen pictures perfectly as people in this form slagged off other cheaper models below 23" as they tend to use 14:9 screens with a 16:9 picture.
If I go for the sony I need to know if it with be a proper 16:9 panel as I hope it will be.

The Sony is fantastic, we've got the silver version.

Not had any issues with it, the picture is brilliant.
