Calling all Muse fans... and any music fans in general!

(If you're a big fan you probs already know about this. Sorry for wasting your time!)

Muselive.com has started a campaign to get 'Citizen Erased' by Muse into the charts. Even if you are not a huge Muse fan, just listen to the song and you will see why this is such a worthwhile cause
If you can spare the change, please help! (Also, please don't buy till monday, and keep checking muselive for details)

For full details, and to listen to the song, go here -> C.E. for number one!

Thanks to anyone who contributes!

Showbiz is the best Muse song easily, however CE is brilliant.

Then again Muse are pretty awesome to say the least.

Just seen this... If you buy a bottle of coke, apparently you can get a free iTune.
So if anyone is stuck on what to spend it on, why not buy C.E?

Are the proceeds from the sale of this song going to charity? I couldn't see any reference to the cause this is dedicated to. Have I missed it?

Sorry, the 'worthwhile cause' I referred too was supposed to be a little joke (hence the ).

I'm only posting this because I saw it on muselive and they were asking for the word to be spread. If you have any in-depth questions then you'd probs be better off asking there (Link)

Ok, this is incredibly pointless... But, you know, it's muse, so I'm in.

Surely the band would be fairly embarrassed by such a campaign? It's not is if they are struggling newcomers desperate for publicity, is it? Plus this will be about as successful as that silly Spice Girls one.

Oh so pointless... But it's something to do, right?

(People should be buying it this week. We're already in 7digital's 'Top Tracks' chart!)

It's not my favourite. I would prefer Muscle Museum, Stockholm Syndrome or Hoodoo, personally...but then my favourite Muse song changes with the wind anyway...

Whats the point? Why do people bother try getting an old songs on download to the topspot? It'll never work, Muse are a good band but no.

That's a bit harsh .

Citizen Erased is actually my favourite Muse song. And i'm not just saying this because it's the focus of the thread.

I'm in!

It's strange, I never appreciated CE untill I saw it live. Still not my fave Muse song but it's very close!

Update: We're doing well but still need more downloads. It's looking promising so far though!

What was the outcome of this? Did the song chart?

Just joined, btw, so Hi to everyone!

I ADORE Muse, one of my favourite bands ever, and Citizen Erased is one of my favourite songs of theirs. Magnificent.
