I'd say it's more likely to be someone who has been through something dramatic, since they became famous and used it "therapeutically".

Supposedly he started all that long before he became famous and more to do with the set he was hanging around with than a means to deal with stress. The ex who was due to out him was a small time dealer who had run up a load of debts to the heavies, so he had to get paid off, and another famous person "chose" to go to the NOTW to make a announcement. All of their own free will of course.

I'd assume the SCD person isn't from this series, and the East End girl fits the bill. The boybander might be too young, and I don't know if any of them would be embarassed. It'll be someone who was singing on the results show that series.

Why are people surprised about the I should be so lucky woman? She took drugs years ago and was open about it (i think). So it's not really that much of a shock if she went back to them.

Thats a shock, she always looks so lovely and together, unlike Amy Winehorse and Kerry Kracona who obviously are always off their faces. It would be awful to see her in that sort of state.
