I still get mine on Tuesdays as I normally do.

Mine arrived today. I hate to think when the next issue will arrive, as there's possibly going to be a strike on mailing day!

It's the TBA's for me that make looking at these early provisional xmas listings so exciting and it gives us an early indication of what to expect. Although many times they are completely altered by the broadcasters at the last minute

Still a good early indication before the Christmas RT comes out the following week

I can't see ITV1 running an ordinary schedule on Christmas Eve or any of the other holidays over the Christmas period. Christmas is usually the only holiday that broadcasters recognise and make an effort for. It would be disgraceful if they were to run an ordinary weekday schedule.

Although they already do this on Bank Holiday Monday's, so there is a small possibility they might do the same for Christmas Eve

I'm sure they'll make some schedule changes after a couple of days of Christmas week, but I suppose it shows how low television has sunk- how low society has sunk, possibly- when the approach to broadcasting is the same as that taken to the production of factory goods.

Last year ITV showed 3 afternoon films on Christmas Eve :

Santa Claus : the Movie (1985)
The Polar Express (2004) &
Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971)

The evening consisted of Emmerdale, Coronation Street, You've Been Framed and Midsomer Murders.

I would think that this year will be much the same.

Yes I think so too. I think all channels will make an extra special effort on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and probably the following week as well.

Yes like an afternoon of Bond films perhaps

As long as they show 'Goldfinger' I'd be happy with that
