Customer Service my arriss!

Finally took the plunge and sacked off the Sky Sports channels, (keeping SS1 purely for Soccer AM) given that I can't see the teams I am interested in. Also thought I'd bin most of the movie channels as, Premier aside, its all 3 - 4 years old or American family tragi-drama kak.
Thought this would be simple. Had a 5 minute discussion with some patronising (poor attempt at friendlyness) guy who had a pop at the idea of me being interested in Nationwide footy (this from a Scotsman!), who then promptly c0cked it up by just shifting me over to Movieworld.
Discovered the mistake within 10 minutes and rang them back to point out the problem. Had the usual discussion "its on the screen therefore carved in stone" and she couldn't change it for as month! Told her that was t0ss and suggested that if they didn't amend their error, they could recover the STB from the front garden. (Didn't actually use those words, but a ten minute discussion about computers and the old "cr@p in cr@p out" theory is very frustrating!)
Over 24 hours later and still no solution ! And I've no SS1 and still channel after channel of B movie trash!

This will sort it

Send an email to tony.ball@sky.com with your daytime contact numbers. One of his pr staff will call you and sort it if you threaten to have the system removed!
Let us know what happens.

I wasn't being sarcastic. I just know because I used to work there!
