Shayne's 1st performance as winner: at G-A-Y
Around 1.50am, the support act had left the stage and club promoter, Jeremy Joseph, came on the introduce the X Factor winner. Before JJ had finished his spiel, Shayne had bounced onto stage and received amazing applause.
He sang 'I Believe In A Thing Called Love', 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow', 'Take Your Mama' and 'That's My Goal.' Between songs, he lapped up the screams and shouting and looked genuinely surprised at the fuss which was being made. He responded to the crowd, shook hands with lots of people and posed for camera phones during his performance. And yes, I even got to touch the Shayne  Louis then came on, JJ poured out some champagne and the camera flashes went nuts. Shayne, however, didn't have a sip and stuck with water. Shayne looks lovely. Great to see that the audience also loved him. He certainly has a glittering career ahead of him and he deserved to win The X Factor 100%!
