but Lauren Crace didn't want to come back, how would you feel about a recast? I'm just asking cause I know the producers and writers are gonna get their asses handed to them by the fans for killing off Dani so they might have a change of heart. But Lauren Crace said she would like to get back to theater, so if offered she might not come back to the show. Would you be okay with a different Danielle, or rather she just stayed dead?

Lauren did say she'll miss being on EE. If it did happen i'm pretty sure Lauren would return because she played the part so well and it would be a let down to her fans if she refused.

The storyline was tragic... cruel... soul-destroying! But it was also an awesome piece of well-written, powerful melodrama that has everyone talking (/grieving).. Bringing her back would totally undo all that...

Plus, the scene of her in the morgue would be a bit difficult to explain away..

....the rumour about Ronnie becoming a heroin addict is true as they may have scenes of her hallucinating that Danielle is there and she is talking to her!

We know that Ronnie is going to be in a downward spiral after this and if she does end up doing drugs it will be because she can't cope with the loss of Amy/Danielle.

Dunno if EE would do hallucinating scenes but if they did I really hope they bring Lauren back! It might ease the pain of all the people (myself included!) mourning her exit!

Would you like to see Danielle be brought back for an episode or two in this way?

(sorry about the creation of yet another Danielle topic...I just couldn't resist! Besides they'll all be gone soon

It could be Ronnies Prophecy dream before the wedding day (as in Dans Diary prophecy).
Then Ronnie would look for Dan and ask if she had a locket and everything would be okay .

But i do hope we don't the see Lauren for last time on TV as think she's a great talent and will be great in other projects now she's experienced a dramatic role.
