Chuck - Virgin1: UK PACE Thread (NO SPOILERS PLEASE!)

Don't start many threads but thought I'd do so with this news, which no-one seems to have posted yet.

Season 2 finally lands on V1 on Tuesday June 9th at 9pm.

I for one can't wait

It's about time too. Gives me a reason to watch Virgin 1 again.

Saw the promo for it on Bravo last night. It just said that it was coming soon to Virgin1.

Well it is a couple of weeks away. When it gets to a week or so they'll give the day and time

About freakin' time!

I wonder if they've deliberately put it in the same timeslot as Dollhouse. Wouldn't surprise me, but both Sci-Fi and Virgin 1 have a +1 channel and both shows are aimed at a demographic that ought to be savvy with Sky+ and the like, so it would seem fairly pointless.

that's good news but ridiculous scheduling - putting it up against CSI and Dollhouse.

Would be interested to see the +1 viewing figures though

It's such a great series - it should be on one of the main channels over here as it deserves better viewing figures.

True, but at least they're all repeated as well as on the relevant +1s

So that was Ep1. I enjoyed it. Ms Strah... however-you-spell-it in under-wear again Yes, I can be shallow

Really good episode. Loving having Zach back on screen. Stops the pain of not having my other Zach on now that Heroes is done with.

I keep meaning to buy season 1 on DVD but always forget to go to HMV and buy it first so always remember it when I don't have enough money to buy it. But after tonight I might just go and buy it anyway .

Darn, I missed it!
I have seen the first episode, but would like to watch it again.

Is there a repeat anytime over the week?
I gave up trying to follow Virgin's repeat scheduling last year...

If anyone's interested, the first season is also being shown on Saturdays at 5pm on Virgin1. At least, it was last weekend, but it was episode 7 or thereabouts so I doubt it was a one-off.

Has anyone else noticed how many breaks there seems to be during Chuck? I dont know if its the same with all Virgin programmes because dont really watch anything else on it at min, but they seem to be nearly every 10 mins! Its so annoying as just start getting into it & then it cuts for a break! :-(
