Thought i would start an official thread!!

I cant wait for this... its been nearly 2 years since season 2 started!!!!

Looking forward to the new series ... have to admit though I've sort of forgotten the cliffhanger at the end of last series ...

I think Betty was having to choose between Gino and Henry ... but seem to have a total memory lapse re all the other characters

Can anyone remind me please!

I can't wait either - it has been way too long! Here's the recap you wanted......

The last episode of Season 2 was called "Jump".

Daniel packs up his stuff and leaves with Daniel Jr. in the same scene Wilhelmina celebrates with the MODE staff and Claire looking at Alexis unimpressed.

Hilda and Tony kiss in the school playground while Betty packs her bags as she prepares to leave for the airport but you don't know where she is going or who with. It could be either Gio or Henry as her bag displayed various landmarks in Rome but when hugging Ignacio goodbye, Henry's ring was not seen on her finger.

The final moment of the final moment in the scene shows Betty closing the door at her home, then a zoom out from her house to show NYC skyline and plane flying away into the distance.

So did season 2 actually finish properly then, or do we still have some S2 episodes left? i can remember all what tiggerkev has written, but i thought it finished early, so long ago now!!

It did finish properly, yep. There was a break in the middle of the series because of the writer's strike but the last few episodes were shown in the end, the last of which was the cliffhanger tiggerkev is describing.

Not to burst anybodys bubble and this is just my own opinion, but after being a fan of the show throughout the first 2 series, i got halfway through the 3rd before I had to give up. It has a definite different feel to it and I found it didn't really move forward after 12 or 13 episodes

I can't believe England is so behind! I don't even watch it but i do know what has already happened, its all on youtube from America, thats how my sister watches it.

I can't wait for it to start. I would have been watching it on RTE when it was on there, but I didn't realise until it was about 4 episodes in

Interestingly they are putting it in the Desperate Housewives slot, so looks like all new DH will arrive in Jan 2010.

Don't think we can be too confident that CH4 will show s3 all in one go i'm afraid.

No i think C4 are 100% going to show thw whole series, why would then? And i didnt really expect DH to be back until Jan, im fine with that as longs as it isnt any later!!

LOL same here! I could've watched it on RTE, but because I missed the first couple of episodes I thought "Oh well, I'll just wait for Channel 4 to show it, the wait shouldn't be too long".

Unfortunately the wait was that long!

But I'm glad it's finally starting, can't wait.

I missed a few episodes of S2 because it was on Friday nights and I usually go to the cinema on Friday's, but I'll get to see all of the episodes for this season now it's on Wednesday's.

Damnit! The season 1 & 2 boxset was only £15.99 on Play.com. I was going to place an order tomorrow, but it's gone up to £49.99 again

no problem, i had spent the wknd avin a UB Season 2 marathon with my housemate.

to everybody discussing how Ch4 will show Season 3 & follow into Season 4....

according to Wikipedia Ch4 have confirmed that UB will air on Wednesdays @ 10pm indefiantely until it is due to finish with the Season finale on Wednesday 2nd December, with the "First Look" episodes airing a day earlier (not for episode 1) on E4 @ 9pm.

Then they have (so far rumoured) that UB will take a 5 week break over Christmas with Season 4 starting on Wednesday 6th January 2010 with the "First Look" following the same format and in the same time slots due to Celeb Big Bro.

and finally they have said D/Hwives next year remains undecided, but i think we can assume it follow on after UB finishes (which will be 17th June 2010) therefore logically DH would follow after on Weds 23rd June 2010. Also as DH has always held the Weds 10pm slot and neither UB or DH have aired along side each other, but only ever one or the other with the other following.

I`ve seen all of season 3 (thankgod for download sites

) I will defo be watching it all again on channel 4. Role on Friday October 9th 8/7c this is when season 4 starts on ABC.
