This is really depressing - not only because there will be no DM next year, but because it's YET ANOTHER masters & servants saga and I had hoped that we had moved on from this sort of stuff - I mean - does it have any resonance with anyone born after about 1950? I suppose it will have nice scenery and costumes plus the usual stereotypes

Sorry MR this is how we talk - swizz as in embezzle-ish like a con artist

cheesed off as in p@@@ed off - people do say we have a very rich language and I always thought it was the middle England English accent that got everyone confused over here - obviously not!!

There used to be a railway station within five minutes of Port Isaac at one time...... part of the old North Cornwall Line, but it closed down back in the mid 1960's. Another example of the Hadron-Collider Syndrome in operation??

Well before Saving Grace and Doc Martin, it seems. Perhaps it's time for a "needs reassessment" (or whatever the government is calling it this month)!!. At any rate, it would make it much easier to get to from the Cotswolds
