Ok, I'm starting to worry for your poor husband. When bare feet set you off.... ()? Well, whatever does it for you, I suppose! BTW, how is your husband coping, now that we know it was actually mackeral spread and not peanut butter (whoops) that got Gremlin in a bother???

I don't care for House either. Although it's well-made and polished it just doesn't grab me. I find it repetitive and predictable - and men who go round unshaven really irritate me - I certainly wouldn't care for my doctor to turn up looking that scruffy!

I love this line:

"They [the fans]wanted a happy ending, but it would have felt a swizz if they had got together conventionally."

Now come on and admit it, you Brits just make this stuff up as you go along, right!? Something like this, for instance: "Blimey, I was really cheesed off when he made such a swizz about my shoes"....

Even more worried now about the most extreme emotional crescendo line....

This is really depressing - not only because there will be no DM next year, but because it's YET ANOTHER masters & servants saga and I had hoped that we had moved on from this sort of stuff - I mean - does it have any resonance with anyone born after about 1950? I suppose it will have nice scenery and costumes plus the usual stereotypes

cheesed off as in p@@@ed off - people do say we have a very rich language and I always thought it was the middle England English accent that got everyone confused over here - obviously not!!

Number one postion on this years Christmas list that car is!
There used to be a railway station within five minutes of Port Isaac at one time...... part of the old North Cornwall Line, but it closed down back in the mid 1960's. Another example of the Hadron-Collider Syndrome in operation??

I see it's official title is the LARGE Hadron Collider. Do I detect another of Bert's get-rich-quick schemes in operation here???

I know it is still far away from Cornwall but it would keep partners and children happy while we spied on the filming. I doubt if anyone will miss us if we disappear for a week !!!

Well before Saving Grace and Doc Martin, it seems. Perhaps it's time for a "needs reassessment" (or whatever the government is calling it this month)!!. At any rate, it would make it much easier to get to from the Cotswolds. Thanks for than sunanglais!
