Looks damn good! I like how they put in a clip of the parachuting to try and silence the haters

Hopefully it'll be as good as TLAD.

I hope that it is. It seems that Rockstar are getting accustomed to their new game engine and some of the stuff advertised e.g driving golf buggies, fully-armed choppers and parachuting looks like good fun.

Microsoft paid Rockstar (IIRC) $50million for the exclusive rights on the GTA IV spin off "Episodes"
to be made for the XBox360 only, so I very much doubt either TLaD or Gay Tony are heading to
the PS3 anytime soon, if ever. The only other gaming platform I can see them appearing on
would be Games for Windows LIVE, essentially the PC equivalent of XBox Live.

Thanks for the info. I am not gonna buy a 360 or a new puter (need more RAM etc.) just for those games but what a shame.

I'm looking forward to the fact that both will come out on disc retail without having to purchase them from xbox live. I never bought tlad but I have to say, when this comes out, i'll be buying the double episode pack.

Possibly 29/10/2009, the same time as both episodes are released on hard copy (According to Amazon.co.uk anyhow)

It has not been announced for PS3, although rumours are frequent.

I wish ppl would stop claiming MS paid $50m. MS advanced RS $50m against sales - so what they "paid" was the loss of interest on a free loan. MS are well on target to get that money back.

Nobody has seen the contract so speculation is around what happens to the rights when MS get paid back in full.

I don't think anything has been announced, but I have a feeling they will announce a final DLC for GTA IV around the same time that they announce GTA 5

what time did you get for 100%. Took me nearly 4 days haha.

i cant wait for this game like, i love them, keep me going for ages usually just mucking about. i can never bring myself to do mission after mission after mission.

i really hope the achievements are alot more varied than TLAD. I liked the main game achievement list. something like that would be better, even if the majority of them only gave you 5p a pop. Im not greedy for points, i just enjoy trying to collect them. 200p total, but all at 5p each would be great.

Because Sony has never had any exclusives on big franchises....GoW, inFamous, MGS etc etc

Don't think for a second that Sony wouldn't have done the exact same thing with TLAD if they had had the money and the good standing with Rockstar - there's a Rockstar exclusive game coming to PS3 (albeit a Western, and thus a total flop), so quit whinging.

I thought Red Dead Revolver 2 was multiplatform? Is this the game you mean?

Agent is the PS3 exclusive, I assume you are thinking of the multiplatform Red Red Redemption

Looks awful, especially compared to the likes of San Andreas on the old XBox. At least they were "games" not nonsense and restricted, where you'd have to pay about a 100 quid in DLC to get the actual full game per expansions.

A rip off, will never support it, but there's plenty of mugs topping up their "points" via the credit card, so this will be the norm now.

You can't really compare GTA4 DLC to San Andreas at all. That was a completely new game using an updated engine, not an expansion. Expansions are nothing new to GTA, the very first game had two set in London.

If anything, these are more like the 'Stories' games - telling a different story using the same city. You can play GTA4 the whole way through without the DLC and be fully satisfied.

Great games take a hell of a long time to develop and I would much rather have new DLC to tide me over until GTA5 than nothing at all.

Loved TLAD, but looks like the cast of characters is going to be much better this time around.

Cage fighting should be good, and I'm loving the use of the scaleable city in that money shot with the ladder and the hovering helicopters.

I'm completely sold already.
