No Anything Is Possible or Long and Winding Road?

In the case of the latter, that's not a bad thing. Sounds like a good album.

Im looking forward to this. I never liked will young when he was first out, but i now love his stuff. Not got any of his albums but im getting this.

Everybody to their own taste, but I'm loving the simplicity and colour of "The Hits"

I wonder if the yellow is to show that he does like the colour despite the "no yellow M&Ms comment" a few years ago which was taken by some stupid people to prove he was a diva when in actual fact he was joking in his own special way!

I am guessing he will release a single to go along with this. I hope it's a good song. His singles from his last album were so weak. I am suprised his album sold fairly well.

Its all a matter of opinion, for me, Grace is his best single to date. Airplay was weak though, radio one decided to ditch him for some reason, and the commercials followed suit

I think Will's main problem now is that his songs dont' have much oomph which is needed to secure radio/telly play. I love him to bits but his last album had way too much filler which just merged together into one long borefest. I can't even remember what Changes and Let it Go sounded like. Sorry Will

... Grace was good though

That said i'll still be getting this, and i look forward to what he's going to release next.

I agree with you and I'm a huge fan.

I'm just waiting for the day when he gets some songs that match his talent as a singer. I've found that with all four albums, there's far better tracks on them than the singles that were released.

I think the next album will be a lot different, and someone who'se heard his collaboration with Groove Armada on their forthcoming album release, reckons it's amazing., so fingers crossed for Will's album no.5

I think it was a shame All I Want from Keep On album wasn't released - one of my all time favourites off his albums. And LIG missed releasing Won't Look Down and Tell Me The Worst (album version) as both were fabulous tracks.

Looking forward to the Hits, particularly to have all the vids in one DVD but looking forward to album no 5 even more

I thought LIG was a poor choice for a single. Loved Changes and Grace, but you have to see him do Grace live to fully appreciate the song -I mean live with his band in concert, not a reigned in TV performance.

Technically yes, but we're talking about studio albums, so 6th release yes, but 5th studio.

I think we fans do tend to over exaggerate about airplay,

because truth be told, he gets quite a lot really . Apart from his last single (which had already been a bside just months earlier) he is always A listed on R2 which has the largest audience and he's played regularly on Magic, Heart & Smooth and other regional commercial stations.

His lead single from the last album was actually #1 on the airplay chart last year.

Well, 'Bland' isn't my take on Will's songs, and if you're meaning his ballads, then they're the ones that I'd call 'absolutely beautifully sung with meaning and soul', and if you don't get them as that, then maybe you should listen elsewhere, as he obviously doesn't 'do it' for you

To me, hardly any of these tracks are memorable so they really shouldn't be choosey about what singles are on it.
imo, The only two that were decent were "Leave Right Now" and "Evergreen".

What a dire compilation.

That is your opinion only. I agree that Anything Is Possible should be on there but definitely not LAWR as that is awful and also was a duet with Gareth Gates. AIP was the double A-side with Evergreen, and You and I was double A-side with Don't Let Me Down, which also isn't included. (Thank goodness)

Bear in mind the title of the album The Hits! These ARE Will's hits and are great.
