The thing that shocked me though, i saw the promo in ITV1 during last nights The Bill.
Are ITV really that bad that they have to take money from Channel 4

He is going to predict the whether?

My bet is that he gets it more right than the met office! (Well he could hardly do it worse than them!)

Something to do with a use of symmetry in the trick perhaps?

I know that doesn't help!

Good thought. Also a snowflake has six points and there are six balls chosen on a lottery ticket.

Snowflakes are frozen = freezing the image was how the trick was done.

Snowflakes = millions of possibilities, like the Lotto.

Snowflakes = Look the same with a mirror along the centre, perhaps how the trick was done?

Snowflakes = The international symbol of very good ratings (made that one up)

maybe it does have something to do with it all though.

2 draws wednesday, 2 showings of the same programme in close proximity tonight.

maybe they're not going to be 'exactly' the same?

there has to be a bigger plan in action.

The thing that shocks me is that people are still watching The Bill.

No we won't... add an hour to that. No way will they tell us at the start of the programme... they want us to watch all the way through, not switch over after finding out the answer!

EDIT: in fact, even then, I bet he hasn't told us how he did it... he'll come up with some kind of mystical solution that involves mind power / telekinesis, and we'll be none the wiser as to what REALLY happened.

Like a snowflake only lasts for a short while then disappears forever - I wish Brown would do the same.

So, the real answer was that there was some footage shown last Christmas of him on an open-top bus in Oxford Street holding the six balls, thus "proving" that he knew the numbers months ago.

Mysteriously, although the audience saw this at the recording, it wasn't shown on the final edit.

I suppose he could only film so many of those endings on the bus and unfortunately that combination of numbers didn't come up.
