TMi- Series 4

Very perceptive video at the start! So this series is make or break?

Something is missing, not just Flack... Microphones on the crew really doesn't constitute atmosphere.

The decline of another great show!

TMi's back! Yay!

No Flack? Nooooooo!! I know she's gonna be doin' I'm a Celeb later in the year, I was just hoping she'd take a little break again like she did when filming Gladiators.

I think Sam and Mark are genuinely funny blokes but without Flacky, this is ain't must see telly any more.

Ahhh, the conga in the shopping mall

Most people are miserable gits aren't they?

Hardly anyone willing to join in, and have a bit of a laugh for a few moments

Man... that's depressing

I thought it was a gag at the start - the big pictures of Sam & Mark - saying that Caroline wasn't going to be there - I thought she'd come in and kick off about what they'd done to the set... such a shame - some of the magic is missing without her...

Must have been pre-recorded - it was nearly dark outside at one point...such a shame that the Beeb won't invest in a proper 3 hour live show on Saturday mornings - they did with the first series of TMI and it's been reduced to an hour and a half and downsized every series since...

Saturday mornings needs more subtle adult humour, otherwise its just adults just acting silly.

Says you with a username like yours! Besides on a serious point, todays kids tv is now a different generation to the days of Going Live. Whether its a good or a bad thing, you really need to ask the target audience involved and not those in the late 20's, 30s plus.

I read somewhere on here that they don't want to get down that road as its not cost effective and they are unable to repeat it constantly like with other shows on the channel which overall is a shame.

i think the reason it was pre-recorded was the reaspn caroline quit....she's mentioned plenty a time she loves live tv

Love this show, felt a little strange without Caroline but I'll get used to it, maybe she'll return for series five. I liked The League Of Super Evil, very funny.

I'm pretty sure most of the show is live, only certain pieces are pre-recorded. I know that Serious Gameshow was pre-recorded last series.

I do wish they would go back to the series one format though, a three hour show and include a Christmas special. It should also be on BBC 1

It feels cbbc owned maybe coz of hte building its in
but in Leister SQuare and having it from 10-11:45 it was teenage as well as suitbale for children with being silly and having fun with innuendos and a laugh
the china challenge was always funny
the guests would be interveiwed
why would you get singers and not let them sing
the pc act was funny
flack was fit and she really slotted in well they should have replaced her with a similar person

I use to like the game where they would have ramdom objects and make a game of it

It needs a change

The end game was good but how many times can they do that before it gets repetitive?

I thought Sound on BBC Switch should go from 11-12:30 and be live with live acts, a comedy such as "fresh prince of bel air" interveiws guests

the rugrats were so good for their era along with the other cartoons so why are they getting these rubbish ones in now

Anyone know why todays show lost 20 minutes today? It should be ending right now but instead it ended 20 minutes early.

Was it scheduled or did it just go off early without explanation?

It was scheduled for 8:30-9:40 but no explanation was given on screen by Sam or Mark why the show was shorter.

Usually the show is on between 8:30-10:00.

My daughter (9) noticed this too, she complained that the TMiers did not get to do the Serious Quiz and therefore could not possibly compete with other TMiers to become the greatest.

She counted their Smarks and said they got 500 but they ended up with 1800! I guess it's prerecorded and some was cut.

The 20 mins after the show was filled with a halloween episode of Bear Behaving Badly - so nothing special <shrug>

I had assumed it was so they could fit the F1 in but that's on BBC1 not BBC2.

Serious Gameshow is pre-recorded, so I'd guess the TMiers got 1300 Smarks in that, I'd also think that Laura White was the guest on Serious Gameshow because otherwise it was pointless having her on, we only saw her at the start.

Says here and in today's paper that it finish at ten.

Something must have happened during the filming of Serious Gameshow, I'll try to find out what it was.

Bit unfair on today's TMiers though, there weren't on screen much were they?!

Sam explains on Sam and Mark's official website that last weeks show was cut due to editorial reasons and this weeks show will be back to normal.

According to the local paper for Walsall today, Mark's nephew I think it was has died, possibly explaining why he wasn't on today.
