Ive read the rest of "Glory Glory". Totally recommended!

Good insights into the club and the players at the time.

Well worth a read.

Ah well, Utd followed by Real on my TV

any news on our injuries for tonight ?

If we have to play someone younger would rather Macheda than Wellbeck who I think has had plenty of chances and never looked good enough

Park Rooney and Giggs deffo wont play. Hopefully Vidic and Berbatov wont either but they have a chance. Id play Macheda and Wellbeck and the youngest possible players from the CL squad.

They should give a run out to Welbeck and Macheda I think.

Yo Yo Yo!

Weird having a champo league match at 5pm

Hope we can win , but there is a more important game coming up so it's good that we have a good enough squad to rest key players.

I want the Liverpool game out of the day.

It is, simply put, the game that ALWAYS makes me very nervous and excited. No other match causes me such inner turmoil.

I'm just glad that Utd and Real aren't playing at the same time for a change

Anyway, if we can get a win from tonight then that will be good but as long as we come back without injuries then that will be good ... it was nice to see Corry Evans being included in the squad along with his big brother

Hopefully, Vidic is having a good birthday and won't risk injuring himself to play.

not Wellbeck, I think he's had enough chances and shown he isn't good enouhg.

We've shown a few times in the past if we change the entire team we are rubbish, plus we will never field that team anyway. I'd rather start with a strong team and make 2 changes max then you can see better how the younger players are

I must have missed the plethora of chances that welbeck has been given.

Hes a more developed player than Marcheda at this moment.

I don't think Welbeck has been given that much of a chance.

In the chatter forum, there are a couple of threads with a lot more posts. The Coffee Lounge is on part 22.

But we have one of the biggest appreciation thread on the forum.

Yeah but the Chatter forum doesn't count because it is filled with, well, chatter

We only have quality discussions on here ... well mostly

Well worth a read.
Is it a big read? I've been too busy with comics to finish off the Canters book. Would you say it was a more interesting read than the Cantona one? Really finding it hard to get the time to do any reading, but I'm definitely interested in getting this.

Well we do like our chatter on here too. The mods have told us off for going off topic many times and deleting many posts. Party poopers!

But compared to now, this thread used to be very busy about 2 years ago. I remember coming home from Uni and i would have 3/4 pages to catch up on.

Off topic - what shite weather!

O'Shea in midfield as we deploy a 4-5-1?

Berbatov's creativity is wasted in that formation, hopefully Valencia and Anderson have good games though. With a 4-5-1, hopefully Anderson will be crossing into the opposition's half sometimes.

Looks like were trying out a 4-3-3 formation from what's being said

Well the good thing about it is that every chapter is about a player so you can pick it up and put it down easily
