Teaching Assistant trying to ruin our form. (Please Reply ASAP)

Last year we got given a teaching assistant to come in our science, english and a couple of other classes with us, now shes started following us around to all our lessons apart from PE and trying to ruin our form.

in the first week back i got voted out forms form rep, and this kid is jealous because i won with 14 out of 26 votes, he got 0, my mate got 8 and my other mate got 4, and he is jealous.

There is this kid who i hate in our form, we were forced to work together on monday, in geography, i got one question wrong in a quiz, he trys to trip me up so i accidently rip up our sheet, i go to get another one, when i come back to sit down he elbows me, and because i can go mental sometimes i had went mad at him and tried my best not to murder him. Then the T.A. Comes and moans at me, puts all comments in my planner and stuff, and he gets treated like a victim!

In Maths today, i was messing about with his other kid and then he comes along thinking hes cool (even though i cant name anyone who likes him) and starts sticking up for him and asking for a fight and barging me and stuff. It is common knowledge in my form i could win, and he was doing this to get me to kill him, then as i started moaning at him for being an idiot the Teaching Assistant walks in, i get the blame!

2 of my best mates were taken out of PSHE a couple of weeks ago for no reason, they had a go at our form tutor for it, (teaching assistant had been lying about them, saying they were messing about) and because one of them has bad Anger Managment (he calmed it down in yr 6 but after an argument with some other kid the day before it had started to kick in again) he went mental at them because he hadn't done anything, which wound the other kid up (whos my best m8) and made him ask to move forms, and even though i heard from someone who over heard our form
tutor talking to another teacher about it saying that he shouldnt move forms coz hes got tons of m8s and its all stupid and stuff he has let it get to our head of year.

She also has been over exaggerating arguments with me and the idiot who ive mentioned in the 4th paragraph (the one who tried to trip me and stuff) when they have not happened, saying we all mess about, set off my other best mates anger stuff again (hes bad enough slightly angry, and shes made it tons worse), shes trying to get me the sack, made my best mate want to move forms, and she has slightly started to pick on another kid aswell (the one she is meant to be following. But she follows me instead)

How do i get her to leave us alone? I dont care if i get sacked from being form rep! (I only entered to beat that idiot kid and so i could do a rip off of obamas speeches)

You tried your best not to murder him?

Think you need to go see someone!

Go and speak to your head of year. Remain calm, be polite and reasonable. Lose your temper and you'll lose the battle.

Don't go in mob handed, go alone, but say there are others in your form who will back you up.

Sorry to say, you won't get her sacked for the things you've said above.

Good luck.

The TA seems to be the innocent party in all of this.

ETA: Plagiarism isn't the way forward.

You should want to be a form rep for the right reasons.

A lesson for tolerance? Life is not always fair, but if you learn tolerance, you will cope far better.

I am considering asking the head of learning support about it, or our drama teacher (who works in learning support)

Really the teachers should be seeing what is going on with the T.A. If it was me, I would have a gentle word with the T.A. to suggest that she backs off slightly, but not in an obvious way. These things are complicated. I am sure the T.A. has all of your interests at heart. If I were you, I would speak to your tutor about it. Failing that, speak to your Head of Year. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you are in a calm state of mind, be polite and be as positive as you can about the T.A. You are more likely to be listened to that way. Hope that helps.
What year are you?
By the way, I am a secondary teacher.

I think your actions speak for you.

Would I want a form rep who doesn't represent the whole form? You say you hate someone in your form. Hardly a plus point for you being chosen.

It's a lesson that you don't have to just be seen to be a responsible and mature adult, you also have to act like one when no-one is looking as well.

A good reputation goes a long way in this world. Takes ages to build - but very easy to destroy.

Maybe it is time for you to rebuild?

I cannot see the issue at all?

It sounds to me that you are a potentially violent, badly behaved, nightmare pupil who is taking exception to being punished or your bad behaviour being reported to your teachers by this TA.

I cannot see your complaint against this TA. Carry on like this wanting to kill people, there is only one way you will end up after school, it will involve being locked up for much of the day.

The impression I got from your post is that you want to muck about and do no work. The teaching assistant is simply doing her job, as the assistant and cracking down on poor behaviour.

You're seen to be 'angry and mad' therefore you are the hot head and you need calmed down. The person who provokes you, does so subtly therefore going unnoticed. Try not to react if it happens again, keep calm and point out to the assistant that someone else is trying to provoke you.

After reading all that i am lost for what to really put here!!
I am shocked to say the least....You are wanting or making out to be some sort of victim in this "drama"

IMO you are an attention seeker, and a very angry violent one as well. You mentioned that one of your friends has anger problems! I think maybe you should look in at yourself, before you look out at others!

Talking about killing, murder etc....Hardly the talking of someone who wants to be looked up to by younger pupils

You have a good reputation?
Is it possbily people are scared of your volatile nature?

Respect has to be earned, and it looks like you lot are out for yourselves at school, and not respecting the teachers or TA!

You might say not literally.......But the words killing, murder don't go sown lightly with level headed people!

I am not here to judge, but maybe grow up a bit and start to act your age.....

But then you qualified it with this:

You see the problem now?

I think maybe you should also learn a bit of English at school while you still have the chance.

It is competitions, and because!!
And no, i am not the grammar police, but you seem to lack basic education.

Put your energy into learning, and not being a ned! Will get you a lot more respect and be liked more.

And folk wonder why teachers don't want to teach? Is it any wonder when there are people like you in their classes?

You are very young, you have time to improve your attitude. You are having lots of advice and reactions from people looking at this from the outside.

Do you do well at school? Are you smart? I know text speak doesn't mean you are daft, so are your reports good? Are your parents happy with how you are doing?

Do not throw your school days away mucking around, fighting and bullying, you will regret it one day, you really will.
