The tour kicked off tonight in Helsinki. Just wondering if anyone is going/went tonight?

Im going to the O2 on the 13th, and am incredibley excited. Have been looking at the setlist for tonight....I cannot wait for London.

What is the set list looking like? I'm going to see them at the NIA in November. Hoping they do a fair number of their older tracks, as so far I prefer them to most of The Resistance tbh.

I tried to get tickets but they'd sold out for the O2 really quickly. Have fun though, it should be amazing.

At the minute theres not a full list, but I know they left out Feeling Good and Invincible tonight...which is good!! They played, Cave, Unintended and Overture. I saw a video of Overture on youtube, and the staging and lighting is beautiful.

They sold out ridiculously fast. I nearly killed myself getting tickets haha.

There are a few random tickets popping up on Ticketmaster though.

Thanks for that, I'll be at the O2 on the 12th and am looking forward to hearing the new stuff. Hopefully the policy of not playing Invincible will continue.

Haha do all Muse fans hate Invincible?! Have to say, I think it is better live than on the record, but still dislike it!

That set list looks absolutely incredible - I only remembered yesterday that I was going to see Muse (I know, how could I forget?!) and worked out that it's less than 3 weeks to go - I'm seeing them at the Birmingham NIA on the 6th November. Cannot wait!

That's a cracking set list, I would have preferred SMBH to be a bit further along, it's my favourite.

Out with Starlight and in with Bliss, Citizen Erased and Deadstar and that gig would be amazing.

Cave too. Nice.

Definitley agree with you there. Would be nice to see Starlight being replaced with Bliss especially.

Yeh, Invincible is definitley better live; its not so much that we hate it, but that there are much much better songs that could take its place. Also good to see Feeling Good was dropped, because that also takes up another spot.....and, its not even a Muse original .

How did you forget you were seeing them?! Im literally coutning down now, 20 days...Im so sad.

Agree with Bliss taking over from Starlight, can't believe that Bliss doesn't get played that often

I have a soft spot for Feeling Good I admit - pretty much any time that Matt is on piano gets me excited (apart from Soldier's Poem; I would gladly omit that from any dream setlist)

You're not sad at all! They are, after all, superb.

For me, I would love to see them play The Small Print and Showbiz live, but not sure how likely that is...

TSP live would be just fantastic, as would Showbiz. Im with you on Soldier's Poem, it really is pretty crap.
Really hoping they play MK Ultra, I was quite surpised to not see it on the setlist for last night. That song is just made for a live show!

Would love to hear Glorious, Hate This And I'll Love You or Shrinking Universe to. Doubt it though.

Agree about MK Ultra, that's one of my favourites from the new album for sure.

Problem is that we can list numerous songs that we want to be played but time restraints (god damn them!) assure that we will go home slightly disappointed that a certain song hasn't been played. They should make their gigs twice as long, I would gladly stay for hours on end! They'd be majorly tired though...

They are getting quite a bit of stick over on their forum for only doing an 18 song set list, what with them having 5 albums an all. Im hoping as they get into the tour, they might add a few ; get it up to 21-22. Here's hoping!

Understandably they get tired, and also as you say, time contrainsts to, which mean they probably can't do a mega long set.
The stage looks beautiful, and especially so during Overture. Very much looking forward to hearing that.

I was reading the forum last night as Helsinki was happening - my heart sank when someone (luckily jokingly!) said Soldier's Poem was being played! I was really pleased that Cave was played last night - 'Jazz Cave' at Teignmouth was one of the highlights for me

I saw them a couple of weeks ago supporting U2 and they didn't play MK Ultra then either

There are some pics up on the Muse forum but I can't post links for some reason It's like 3 big platforms that go up and down with them playing on each one - looks rather unsafe to me!

Basically three huge platform things, which the boys stand on, and they move up a down.

Someone posted a couple of good photos here-
http://board.muse.mu/showthread.php?t=61738&page=117.

It's looks lovely.

Im very much hoping they keep Jazzy Cave in, as I didn't get to go to Tinmuff.

I know what you mean - I'm going out tonight and have spent a while moshing in my room, particularly to Sober!

Seeing them at the 02 on the 12th Novemeber for the fourth time ... and am hoping I'll finally get to hear them do Sing for Absolution (unlikely, I guess...).

For the record, I love Invincible.

Sing For Absolution is such a beautiful song, I adore it. I would love to see it live also.
