I thought the characterists of Davina was spot on. Didn't really matter about the voice.
I think she could emphasise the accents on Bleakley and Cheryl Cole a bit more to make it funnier. She's pretty good though. I know she used to be a comic actress but didn't know she was an impressionist. |

That's the funniest sketch show I've seen it quite a long time. Armstrong and Miller are quite good, but only really hit the target about half the time. Shame it got bumped to a rubbish Saturday night slot.

Yeah very good hit rate for a sketch show. Especially liked the bad jobs for celebrities sections.

As usual the impression were okay but the comedy was weak.

I didn't think it was brilliant. Jon Culshaw still sounds too much like Jon Culshaw! Debra's Davina McCall impression was hilarious though.

It was accually really good! I'm not the biggest fan of impressions but the BBC accually needed a show like this!
The Davina impression and the 2 mothers impressions were so funny, that my mouth really hurt! |

I was surprised how enjoyable this was too. The Ross Kemp meets the Famous Five sketch was especially funny.

The title itself put me off (to think that someone actually got paid to think up that title
), but I think after reading this I will check it out.

I wondered why it wasn't just called "The Impressionists". Are the BBC so high brow that they think people will be dissapointed when they find out it's not about art?

I was surprised by how much I laughed during it... the Michael McIntyre sketch was ridiculously spot-on. Incredibly accurate.
I find female impressionists hard to like most of the time, and I didn't like the Minogue sisters bit but I did think the Davina one was hilarious. Especially with the fairy tale. The comedy itself was quite good - especially Ray Mears, and the 'bad jobs for celebrities' bits. The Ross Kemp one started off slowly, but the repeated bit of him getting the hell out of there had me in stitches. |

I thought the best one was the sketch on Location, Loc\tion, Location, with "Kirsty" and "Phil" showing a couple round a three bed., two bathroom detached house priced at £300.
The only problem was that it was in "Holby" and every possible accident that could happen related to a house, was either ready to, or did happen while they viewed it. |
