Who Wants Clare Back In Eastenders - Soaps

With Bryan Kirkwood the new producer of Eastenders. It would be brilliant if Clare could return to the show. There was so much left in that character. She was only in the show for six months. Could have been better if she stayed on. Come back and live with Dot, Jim & Dotty.

I think BryaN knows what talent he had under Hollyoaks, such as Roxanne, Gemma, and Chris

I for one wouldnt mind if he got Chris Fountain on board - he'd be great for EE

Yeah bring back Clare. Janine, Sam, Ronnie & Roxie, Chelsea, Lucy, plus Clare .... whoa that would be a lot of little biatchy young women in a small space! They'd have to bring in a van load of new blokes too - there's only so many women the bloke who runs R&R can have sex with.

Sorry, no. Her whole story line was pitiful and made a mockery of her relationship with Nigel. It seems highly unlikely that a man who fought as hard for custody of a child, as Nigel did for Claire, and was a close to a child as Nigel was to Claire, would just abandon her because he has a new family. The characterizations just did not ring true, the story was a flop and Gemma B was a boringly abysmal actress.

Would love for him to get chris fountain - would be good as a mitchell their hasn't really been a young mitchell since Jamie - and maybe Roxanne Mckee on board too, but i would prefer him to bring Suzy back as the bitch than Clare, if he brought her back it would be too predictable.

Even so, I don't see a need for Clare back. I think they did make a mockery out of Clare. Clare was another big idea Santer had and soon neglected. It's good he's going he often faltered on things - such as this.

I do not mind Gemma Bissix at all. They just had no real plan for her once she returned EE. There's only so much storyline potential in a young woman going after Ian Beale and Bradley Branning.

It would be a bit strange to have her back after her last stint but if done right this time I'd be open to the idea. I'm not sure if there is a current place for her though. You never know in a year or so though.

I don't want Brian to bring cast members back or from Hollyoaks if he has no real plan for them. I feel too many hasty decisions were made under Santer and I'd prefer if Kirkwood thought things over a bit more before he did them.
