Another vote for Frasier from me ... a seriously underrated show compared with Friends.

I like both but Frasier just shades it for me. Friends was good but had a few poor episodes. Frasier was consistantly good and occasionally genius!

I actually misread the op to read Cheers and Frasier. Friends isn`t even in the same league as those two series.

Hmmm, This is a tough one for me.
A few years ago I would have defiantly said Friends (when I was hooked on watching every episode many times) - I do still enjoy it, and have seen every episode many, many times. Now I would say Frasier (I have been hooked on Frasier for a few years now) and also love the fact you can watch the same episode over and over and its still funny. They are both great shows in my opinion. Oh yeah, apparently Asda are doing the new 15th Anniversary edition of the Friends boxset (complete series 1 - 10, with almost every episode being extended by 2 - 3 minutes with footage which was cut of uk versions for some reason) for £40 - going by the reviews on Amazon this boxset really does improve on the others with the extra content, also they are on single DVD's rather than double sided. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Friends-Seas...7240137&sr=8-1 |

Frasier for me.
It did go downhill though But I have just watched the final series on 4 and it got good again. Parts of the last episode were so well acted and sad it had this miserable gits top lip quivering ![]() And I don't know if it is because I got older but Rozz got more gorgeous as she got older

Frasier by a country mile.
I loved Friends back in its day, but it did decrease in quality after the first few seasons. Frasier, otoh, is one of those shows that I can watch over and over again. |

Frasier, i only ever watched Friends because everyone else did and said it was the best thing on telly but i never really liked it or the characters, Frasier was so witty and him and Niles were the best

Oh dear, these are two of my top 3 ever. Decisions decisions...
At a push 1. Arrested Development - no need to think about it, nothing comes close, Come On! ![]() ...but to answer the question posed by the OP... 2. Friends - this is like a favourite perfume or photo, it reminds me of a period in my life, 10 long years, where I felt like I grew up with the characters - a coming of age sitcom if you like. If it wasn't for AD, it would probably be #1 3. Frasier - so so stylish and genuinely cleverly funny and I still totally covet Frasiers' Eames chair and footstool - it's on my bucket list of 'things to buy/do' before I die |

Frasier for me although I do like Friends.
I think more thought went into the narrative on Frasier as opposed to the "short scenes with punchline approach" that Friends tended towards in the later episodes. |
