MW2 Prestige Editions being sent out Today! - Gaming

Its been confirmed by HMV they have sent out my MW2 prestige edition, has anyone had an e-mail from them as i found out by checking my account? (no e-mail), anyway... do HMV use RM

to send these out in light of the strikes or have they followed other retailers and got another courier?

For the prestiage version they use couriers.

I wasn't criticizing anyone. I remember when i was a teenager and i took a few days off school for certain video games too.

This is good news for people that have ordered from hmv.

Don't forget that they're reseting eveyones rank next week,so don't get too involved in mp because you'll lose everything.

Well I ordered the standard version and got an email from Gameplay saying mine's been sent out! Wasn't expecting that. They have upgraded all the COD orders to courier now though since the strikes.

IW have very kindly released MW2 on my birthday so the fact that I'd already decided to take the week off is a happy coincidence.

Thought after saying that, I got an email yesterday telling me that my Hardened edition had been dispatched...

I hope its here in time for the weekend

I'm another one with Tuesday off. If I was in work I'd only be reading people's comments online thinking dammit, wish work would finish so I could go home and play it! Though if I have it by the weekend I think I'll be thinking that on Monday anyway!

Is it true they'll reset the ranks on multiplayer if you start playing before Tuesday?
