BT won't enable my BT Vision service?

Hi all - I used to have BT Vision but owing to my lack of official FV reception and the box picking up nothing I cancelled. Was a bit annoyed at the time as the rep had assured me that this wouldn't be an issue and it would work fine!

Anyway....I do have BT BB, option 3 I think. I now have an better aerial. We can now get FV through our normal TV. I don't get all the channels but plenty enough.

I have a BT Vision box but got the dreaded C03 error. So called up BT to ask them to activate BTV on the connection...but they said no they wouldn't!

As they don't recognise I live in an official FV area they won't enable the service! I know I can (and do) receive FV...is there anything I can do?

Thanks all

I've sent two responses and an email too and yet no reply to anything?

Any update please? Really frustrating service....

Just to update that BT sorted the issue. They think it was down to the system automatically cancelling my order as it was manually put through as I don't oficially live in a FV area.

Service was eventually activated and support has been good. Much of it came via the BT contacts on this site so I'm very grateful for that.

Thanks all and to those that offered help and assistance too. Although a sticky start the support has been good - Thanks BT.
