Sky HD party

Got something through the post today offering me a free HD box office movie and a £10 M&S voucher if I sign up on this site: www.sky.com/hdparty but it doesn't seem to work!

Can anyone get onto it or is it really broken?

Worked fine for me ... what problem are you having? To be honest its quite a lot of effort to earn the potential of a £10 M&S gift voucher although there are 10k so a fairly good chance...
everyone needs to provide full address etc.

Too much effort for 3 lousy films and you have to watch one of them at a set time. I won't be taking up the offer.

It's not THAT much effort.

You don't HAVE to watch it at a certain time, it will still be on your planner for a few days.

You get a free £10 M&S voucher.

The mail shot I've got says you need to invite three friends around to watch. So they'll want food and drink - I'm just doing Sky's marketing job for them

All you need to do is send an email inviting them round. If you have 3 other emails of your own, you could send them to yourself just with different names.

That is possible.... however each respondent needs to put in their address (making sure to tick/untick the marketing box). Course that doesn't pose too many problems

I set up 3 new email addresses and used them but none of the mailboxes have received an email yet. Easy work for a free £10 M&S voucher and box office movie (if it works).

I got all 3 of the emails instantly, accepted the invites and it's all good to go. Just hope I'm one of the lucky ones!

I would be scared to fill it out in case a representative called at the door to check on the party. I ll wait until they do the HD Orgies.

The last time Sky did this offer you could not save the film to the planner. It had to be watched at the time set down by Sky. I'm not certain but I don't even think you could live-pause either. I expect it will be the same again, pick a film, pick a time, and thats that.

Wow a free 10 quid voucher at a store that I never shop at. Secondly, I think that's damn well cheeky of sky seeing as the potential custom they're gaining. I got mine through the post a few days ago and it went straight into the bin.

I will get to watch a box office movie for free just for sending three e-mails to myself. Sounds like a good deal to me!

Not sad at all! If I get to watch a HD movie, for free, on the same week that it is released on DVD, then I'm happy!
