I used to like way back when the family first joined, but since when she split with Joe she started going downhill, and now she is just bloody ridiculous. I really want to reach into the screen and slap her.

I liked her when she first came with the family, but she gradually became annoying.

Theres obviously something going on with her now, almost as if she wants to bleed paul dry, as she looked disapointed whe she had to settle for nothing today.

Did anyone noticed when she signed the form, it looked like she was scribbling all over it!!!

I think so too. She works well as the show's new semi-villain

I thought Lynne was great - better than Rebecca who is annoyed with Lynne when it is Paul she should have been annoyed with.

I'm enjoying her return! It's great to have Lyn back and I hope she sticks around for a while!!!

Anything which gives some storylines to adults gets my vote, since we have to put up with so much teen stuff.

I'm hoping they'll give her some sort of break-down and return her to some semblence of her pre-2006 self...

I can't believe Rebecca is claiming she's ruined her wedding twice.... No, Paul ruined your weddings by sleeping around and then failing to notice he wasn't free to marry.

Is it OK to spoiler in here? She is semi-permanent I believe, and is still on in Aus, but I think she's been away and back in the mean time

I love Lyn!! And think her comeback has been great

Janet Andrewartha originally signed a 3 month contract, which was then extended to 6 months & it has since been revealed she is back on a semi-permanent basis, so she will be around for the forseeable future

I liked Lyn when she was in Neighbours before but now she's irritating.

If she had to close the salon because she couldn't pay her bills and has no money how is she planning on affording to buy a house with Steph?

I didn't really see much of Lyn when she was in it full time but what little I did see doesn't seem anything like the character that is currently on our screens. She always seemed like quite a normal person before, but now she seems, well, a bit unhinged. She even used emotional blackmail against Steph today. Is it supposed to be her very brief marriage to Paul that changed her?

Well, she's always been selfish and manipulative.
Two things annoy me about her presence (just 2?)
1. It seems like we're meant to think she's on the edge of some kind of breakdown? That's depressing, because give most soapwriters an inch of mental health difficulty and they use it to write all sorts of unlikely behaviours and scripts.
2. It seems like we're meant to think Paul's treated her really shabbily, a single mother and all. Oscar the Ugg wasn't his, why should he care?

I don't really see that she was selfish or manipulative during her first stint - she was given some very unlikely stuff to do right at the end, but then it was 2006 and everyone was doing highly unlikely stuff

I think the problem at the minute is that the exec. producer knows very little of the history of the show and cares even less
