HELP need the name of a tv show - TV Programmes

Its driving me mad - all I can remember is it was on the trouble channel and it was about a dad who ran a diner/surf shack on the beach. there were 2 daughters one was dumb blonde other was smart etc.
its only been the past few years.
any ideas???

i can remember a similar show called malibu CA, but that had two brothers in it rather than sisters.
