New Software Stopped Recording - V+ HD

With the new V+ software from the other week I've encountered a fairly annoying new "feature".

Wanted to check it's the software and not me/the hardware.

Watching a recorded programme and then press stop button at the end - I randomly get thrown into live TV rather than back to the recording menu.

I can't get a pattern to this yet.
If it's 5 mins from the end I get the usual delete/recordings/watch again stuff.

I over pad my shows so I hardly ever see this as I stop show as soon as the end credits hit.

Anyone else seen this?

This is an old fault. It used to lock up the box after that and need a reboot though, so if it is not doing that...progress!
