Jordan and Peter - back together by Christmas? PLEASE GOD NO MAKE IT STOP

It's genuinely a bit heartwarming to hear that Jordan and Peter Andre have temporarily put aside their differences to be there for poor Harvey who's still in hospital with suspected swine flu. But are they really going to put aside their last six months of vile bile and get back together?

According to bookies William Hill... maybe. Today they've slashed the odds of a pre-Christmas romantic reunion between the pair to just 10/1. "Yesterday we thought it was more likely that a UFO would turn up over London than these two getting back together, now there is perhaps a chance," said a spokesman. A UFO over London? We're surprised Jordan hasn't launched one of those herself. A pink one, obviously.

But let's not get all hysterical about the relationship speculation just yet. The jump from hospital bedside to boudoir of boob and bum badness is quite a big, dramatic one. However, if Harvey's illness does make both Jordan and Peter grow up a little bit and actually communicate directly to each other without the strategic use of chat show appearances, perfume launches and magazine columns, then that can only be a very good thing, no exchange of bodily fluids required.

It might even mean that our official countdown to Jordan shutting the hell up about what a nasty old meanie she thinks Peter is suddenly becomes irrelevent. Admittedly, this would be annoying given the amount of time we spent creating it, but our poor damaged ears definitely relish the thought that they might never have to suffer Jordan droning "D'ya know what? Pete said blahadhaqdwhoiawdhliahwdqhwdq but he's a liar" ever again.

Doesn't surprise me. I used to champion Pete a bit but now I don't really like either of them. Now that they're reunited at Harvey's bedside with *dum dum duuuuum* suspected swine flu, I'm not surprised the bookies odds have been slashed.

a while ago I would have said only Katie was the publicity whore but now I'm inclined to agree that they are both as bad as each other.

Just because Pete is putting their differences aside to be at Harveys bedside does not mean that he will get back with Jordan! At the end of the day we have all seen just how much Pete loves all three of the children and he has always accepted that Harvey was his and loves him to bits. You only have to listen to the track on his album that he has dedicated to Harvey, how much Pete loves and adores him. Pete has been there for Harvey for the past 5 - 6 years and this is why he is at his bedside now. Their feelings are mutual for each other and with Pete being with Harvey as well as Jordan it will boost Harveys condition and hopefully help him to make a quicker recovery!

I really do admire Pete for putting their differences aside to be there for Harvey and I dont think that there is anyway he would get back with Jordan after she has been sleeping with the cage fighter Alex and all the other blokes! Why would he want to go back to that after what she has put him through! I dont think so! It has taken Pete months to move on and it is only recently he has got himself to a good place in his life! I am sure that Pete has finally moved on from Jordan, even if she has not with him!

Having said that I dont think there is a cat in hells chance of them getting back together.
Just because Pete is a nice guy who genuinely cares about Harvey, it doesnt mean he wants to get back with his b*t*h of an ex wife. Especially after all the men she has had since theyve been apart.

For gods sake, their child was admitted to hospital, and they both were there (as any parents would be). Hardly a scenario for a Romeo and Juliet remake is it?

If PA hadnt of had gone, then he would of been slagged off for that, and as he has gone then he is proving the whole divorce thing is a staged and elaborate publicity scam.

KATE Price and Peter Andre could be reunited by Christmas – brought together by her critically-ill son Harvey.

The couple forgot all about their bitter love-split as they spent an emotional two hours at the boy’s hospital bedside.

And the pair, who have been at war since parting six months ago, tenderly supported each other throughout the vigil.

Harvey was rushed in by ambulance after a mystery illness gave him a raging temperature and prevented him from eating and drinking.

Kate arrived with him before Peter turned up minutes later.

The couple, whose divorce was finalised last month, were then seen in deep conversation as they watched over Harvey in a private room.

The seven-year-old lad, who is partially sighted and has severe autism, has been tested for swine flu.

And Kate and 36-year-old Pete are terrified because his condition makes him particularly vulnerable to such infections. Unlike other children, he cannot be treated with the usual drugs such as Tamiflu.

Their bedside chat was the first time the pair had been alone together since they split in April, apart from one awkward exchange as Kate – alias glamour model Jordan – handed over Harvey and their other children, four-year-old Junior and Princess, two.

But 31-year-old Kate told a pal: “This has brought everything back to reality and put all the petty fighting into perspective.

“I just feel so sad that it has taken something as awful as this to get us together.”

A source close to Peter said: “When it comes to his children nothing would stop him and, although Harvey is not biologically his son, he is in every other way.

“This meeting certainly thawed the ice.”

Last night Harvey remained at the East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, although his condition was said to be improving.

But his illness has prompted bookies to slash the odds of a Christmas reunion for Kate and Peter after they received a flurry of bets from punters trying to cash in.

Last night William Hill dropped the odds from 1,000-1 to 10-1 after realising they could be dealing with a mega payout

Spokesman Rupert Adams said: “We had to slash the odds because it was too big a liability. As it stands we will be paying out a six-figure sum if they reunite and that would cost us a fortune.
“So I don’t think I’ll be matchmaking any time soon.”

Last night Kate’s spokesman refused to make any comment about Harvey’s condition.

And a representative for Peter said: “We really want this to remain a private matter between them.

“This is all about Harvey right now and should remain that way

I'm sure it's just a coincidence that Harvey was in hospital having tests just days before Peter releases Unconditional, the song he wrote about Harvey. In fact he's singing it on GMTV as I type.
