Which one would you keep?
I had Sky+ multiroom, and recently upgraded to Sky HD.
I now have 2 Sky+ boxes, and will need to sell one of them One is a Thomson PVR3, about 3 years old The other is an Amstrad PVR3, about 18 months old. I found the Amstrad really quiet which is a must as its in the bedroom. Are these generally quieter than Thomsons, as I tend to notice more noise out of the Thomson (not much tho) I've never really had much trouble with either, so was wondering which one would you keep? I'll sell the other on ebay. |

My personal view is to get rid of the Thomson
After enduring two PVR3's in 2005 when they were launched, never again The only thing louder is an XBox360 fan

Thanks mate!
I've kept the Amstrad, so I'll be putting the Thomson up on ebay soon. |
